Nerf/Laser Tag with Bunkers

Cancellation Policy

By adding Nerf, Laser Tag, inflatables and Angry Birds, you agree that player safety and equipment maintenance is your responsibility. The equipment e.g. Nerf Blasters, Laser Tag Blasters, Laser Tag chest sensors, Nerf Bunkers, Angry Bird stuffed animals, slingshot and inflatables are to be returned in the same manner as they were set up. If any if the equipment is damaged upon return, the booking party will be charged for replacements. Replacement fees are as follows; $20 dollars per damaged Nerf Blaster and Laser Tag Blaster. $50 Dollars per Damaged Nerf Bunker. $ 500 for the Jump House and $150 for the Seesaw and Rocker $20 dollars for Angry Bird animals and sling shot. By purchasing these ad-on packages, you also agree that Tino's Mobile Gaming, or any of its staff members are not responsible for injuries, serious bodily injuries or death by any adult or child using the equipment and or using the equipment in a negligent manner. You also agree that an adult from your party or event must be in constant supervision of any person under the age of 18 that uses the any of the above listed equipment. NO exceptions. This policy acts as a waiver of liability and hold harmless for Tino's Mobile Gaming and ANY of its staff members.
